From Ripped to Skinny...

So I'm back once again to let you guys in on the sneak peeks at the Runwaydreamz collections!

Runwaydreamz has now revamped their jeans and brought you the best of both styles, both skinny and ripped. My personal favorite jeans have always been ripped jeans. They make you look hot, and stand out, it doesn't compromise your style, and I assure you, you will be the only girl with these jeans around!

Runwaydreamz jeans are selling out fast, so I made sure I got my first pair. Their butt lifter jeans, definitely bring out the best in you. And isn't that what your clothes should do for you? They make you feel sexy, build your confidence to ask that cute guy you see at Starbucks every morning when you get your latte, to finally say yes to that guy who's been dying to take you out, to go out on the town and hit up the hottest nightclub with your girlfriends, to see your ex boyfriend and let him know what he missed out on! That's what Runwaydreamz has always been about. Style. Trends. and Fashion. for the fashionista of today's world. It your world!

Christian has another big shoot planned in the next couple of days and I will have that preview up soon after. Expect to see the hottest arrivals this coming week at the very latest. And I'll have all the final details for the contest. Runwaydreamz might be taking the company in an entire new directions but for now I've just heard rumors. Runwaydreamz Contest, Photo Shoots, and More...

Hey Everybody!
I know that I've been gone and haven't been able to give you any late breaking news for the past couple of weeks, but it's just I've been so busy trying to keep up with the Runwaydreamz crew! I had some earlier postings directly from them, but now I'm taking over giving you guys up dates first hand. They have so many plans for this summer, it's mind boggling! Well anyway back to blogging!

So first of all I heard first hand they are going to have a contest, first of all you wanna know what you can win, well first prize I believe will win a pair of jeans up to a 60.00 dollar value, second prize will win 15.00 dollars off any pair of jeans they desire, and third prize winner will get free shipping for any two pairs of jeans within the USA, anyone outside of the USA will win 10.00 off their Global Express Shipping. The theme: Runwaydreamz wants to see how you wear your low rise jeans! From what I've heard contestants will have to send in a picture of themselves wearing the low rise jeans, and the judges will choose which four pictures they love the best. Then we'll leave it up to the public to chose the three winners! That way you'll have a say in it too! The finalists will be posted here on the blog and on the runwaydreamz website! There are some rules and regulations so check back for those the contest should be going on in the next couple of weeks! Be the first to win a free pair of jeans from Runwaydreamz! and tell all of your friends because the contest requires a minimum amount of entries.

On to other news, Runwaydreamz is going to be revamping their website. As of now the site will not be taking down, but they'll be making some changes in the next coming weeks. Runwaydreamz has just been going crazy from all the orders they have received and they are doing their best to meet with your demands! Runwaydreamz Exclusive Shot!

Hey guys and gals!
I've got a bunch of great news for all of you. Just between you and me... Runwaydreamz has a bunch of new merchandise coming in the next couple of weeks. They are unveiling a couple of hot new items in the next couple of days. Christian let me know that Runwaydreamz is all about exclusivity! No one else is going to have these items, and even Runwaydreamz has a couple of items, that they only created one style and one size of. Talk about totally being the hottest and only chick around with a pair of jeans at an affordable price!

At this week's photo shoot, on the night of June 17th, I was able to meet the model, Astrid. When I asked her what she loved best about the Runwaydreamz jeans, she answered, "I love how they fit me perfectly, I never have to go anywhere else to find jeans that make me feel comfortable and sexy, every time I do a shoot with them, I wanna keep one of every pair! I'm addicted."

She seemed very excited about the new direction the company is going, they are keeping their promise to provide women with hot ultra low rise jeans, yet keeping up with the demands of the fashion industry, which is skinny jeans, and ripped jeans as well. You can feel like the hottest girl around without compromising your wallet. "All of my friends always want to know where I get my jeans, sometimes I don't want to spill the secret, but then telling my friends about Runwaydreamz is good for business," Astrid says with a smile. Later we continue talking about the different styles Runwaydreamz has gone through over the years, and where she sees the company going in the future.

"Runwaydreamz has been around for almost 10 years, I can't wait to see what we come up with in the next 10. Christian is a very talented designer and he has an eye for fashion, and fashion models as well," jokes Astrid.

Runwaydreamz certainly has some of the most innovative styles around that I have yet seen hit the mainstream, and according to Christian that's what all the fabulous designers have always been about. While at the photo shoot I couldn't wait to see the final pictures. Christian only gave me a sample so I could unveil it to you guys! Couture Master dies at age 71

Sunday night, June 1st marked a somber day in the fashion industry. Yves Saint Laurent, who at the age of 22 took over the House of Dior following Christian Dior's death in 1957, died at the age of 71 in his aparment in Paris, on sunday night.

Hailed as one of the most influential designers of the second half of the 20th century, Saint Laurent has had an incalculable influence on the way modern women dress. The French fashion designer once famously remarked, "I have often said that I wish I had invented blue jeans: the most spectacular, the most practical, the most relaxed and nonchalant. They have expression, modesty, sex appea, simplicity -- all I hope for in my clothes." Those words embody YSL's aesthetic - simple and elegant, just like Runwaydreamz.

That is why we choose jeans. Speaking about inspiration today, we mourn the loss of Yves Saint Laurent, but thank him for all that he gave us. He will always be remembered.

Inspiration

Ever since I was younger, I have always been a fan of Marc Jacobs. Before he even redesigned Louis Vuitton and brought it's classic chic, into our generation. I must give praise where it is due. He has always been an inspiration and one of the biggest reasons why I became a fashion designer. Can you find a way to define fashion? I live and breath it. It's like art, it's our way to recreate the world in our view. And Marc Jacobs is one of my favorite artists around.

Today I was watching a documentary on Marc Jacobs and his collaboration on a fashion show for Louis Vuitton at the end of fashion week in Paris. It was awespiring where he got his inspirations from, and the great team that followed him in producing a mind-blowing show. To quote Jacobs, "I don't know how to define success, but if I can keep doing what I love, then that is success to me."

That's exactly how I feel about Runwaydreamz. Putting together so many different designs, branching out to fashion lovers worldwide, or even your average teen just looking to feel comfortable in new jeans, the girl who's trying to find the perfect jeans in order to be nominated homecoming queen, it's just the thrill of having an impact on the fashion industry out there that keeps my drive going.
